Terms of Service

By using Outfit Styler (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What the Service is

Outfit Styler is an AI-powered personal styling tool. It generates outfit recommendations and photorealistic try-on images based on inputs you provide (your event description, budget, uploaded photos, and wardrobe items). Recommendations may include affiliate links to third-party retailers.

2. Accounts

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or that show signs of abuse, fraud, or harm to other users.

3. What you upload

You keep ownership of everything you upload — wardrobe photos, personal photos, descriptions, and notes. By uploading, you grant Outfit Styler a limited license to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to run the Service (including sending it to the AI sub-processors listed in our Privacy Policy).

You represent that you have the right to upload anything you submit. Do not upload photos of people who haven't consented. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

4. Generated content

Outfit recommendations, try-on images, and stylist notes are generated by AI. They are suggestions, not professional advice. They may be imperfect, may include items that are out of stock, and may misrepresent how a garment actually fits or looks. We do not guarantee accuracy, fit, availability, or price.

You may use try-on images of yourself for personal purposes. You may not misuse generated images — for example, to impersonate someone, to create content depicting real people without consent, or to generate anything that violates the underlying AI providers' policies.

5. Affiliate links and purchases

Some product links may earn Outfit Styler a commission when you click through and buy. This is disclosed on our Affiliate Disclosure page. We never recommend products because of the commission — recommendations are chosen by the AI based on your brief.

Any purchase you make happens between you and the retailer. Outfit Styler is not a party to those transactions and has no control over product availability, shipping, returns, or quality. Contact the retailer directly for anything related to a purchase.

6. Pricing

The Service is currently offered free of charge for a limited number of generations per account. Paid plans may be introduced in the future; you'll be notified and asked to consent before any charges are made.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically harvest data from the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, or intended to harm others.
• Upload photos of other people without their consent.
• Circumvent free-tier limits, abuse rate limits, or attempt to access other users' data.

8. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate. Use them as inspiration, not as professional or financial advice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfit Styler and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any purchase decisions you make based on recommendations.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. We will post the new "Last updated" date above and — for material changes — notify you by email.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction unless local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
